The Fourth of July holiday is almost here! Are you prepared to protect your pet? There are several hazards that your pet may be exposed to during the summer months, especially on this holiday. According to the ASPCA, the four most common things the ASPCA Poison Control Center receives calls about on the 4th are Fireworks, Food, Lawn Care Products, and Pool Chemicals. They've provided this informational handout to help raise awareness so you can protect your pet!

If you experience an emergency the Animal Emergency Clinic on Wabash is open all weekend and you can reach them at 217-698-0870. We are closed on Saturday the 4th but will reopen Monday at 7:30 AM. Have a safe and happy 4th of July!
